A PAIR OF VASES, CHINA, QING DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY In sculpted jadeite, each decorated with a phoenix as the finial of the lid. The handles, shaped like mythical animals, grasp the body of the vase, richly incised with floral motifs and auspicious symbols.
